Draw attention to your new products and innovations in a special way!

The trade visitors select their favourite product from all the innovations submitted within different categories. You too should seize the opportunity to win the Best New Product Award!

Furthermore, there is a chance that your novelty will be selected by our trend jury as a trend or innovation product and will specially promoted.

New in 2025: Complement your product presentation with a Novelty Pitch on our new Innovation Stage, right next to the Novelty Stand. This year, services and technologies will also be available for registration at the innovations stand. The presentation will take place via tablets or monitors.

Deadline for the registration is December 13, 2024.

Your service package contains:

Low-cost presentation of your new product incl. decoration and labeling
Online presentation of your product within the digital event platform
Participation in the competition for the Best New Product Award 2025
Optionally bookable presentation slot on the Innovation Stage

The personal delivery of your products is possible on Monday, 10.02.2025 from 12:00-16:00 directly at the stand.

Please confirm the following details:*

The registered products were either introduced onto the market after BIOFACH 2024 or will be presented to the market at BIOFACH 2025. The registered products do not simply feature a redesigned packaging or present a mere change in product size.* All registered product novelties comply with the current admission criteria (www.biofach.de/admission-criteria) of BIOFACH.* We accept all items of the Conditions for Participation of the Novelty Stand (see file below). We hereby confirm that the information provided above is complete and accurate.*

Please note:

The number of spaces for product placement is limited and in case of corresponding demand, the quota might already be exhausted before the closing date for applications.
Registration is possible exclusively for registered and admitted exhibitors of BIOFACH 2025.
Only products that comply with our Conditions of Participation may be presented at the Novelty Stand.
Please submit the order only once per product. A few minutes after you have sent the order you will receive an automatic confirmation mail. Should you not receive this within one hour, please complete and submit the form again.
The corresponding invoice will be sent separately, approximately in January 2025.
Please note that you can enter / upload the content (video, image, detailed description, PDF) within your exhibitor profile as soon as we have activated the maintenance of your product presentation after your final admission.
