Important information and dates at a glance

Here you will find all the important information and to-dos relating to your trade fair appearance at BIOFACH. Please also note the deadlines for service orders and bookings of marketing services.

  • Your personal exhibitor area

    In your personal exhibitor area, you manage the most important tools in one central location with just one login. The following services are available to you in the exhibitor area: 

    • Your participation at a glance
      Here you will find information about your current exhibition space, contact persons and deadlines as well as an overview of your past events.
    • Online stand application incl. co-exhibitor registration
      Here you can register your stand space, find an overview of your registration and stand data and register and manage your co-exhibitors.
    • Online ExhibitorShop
      Here you order everything for your successful trade fair appearance, find important information as well as permits and the stand construction checklist. You can create a partner login for stand builders/agencies so that they can order services themselves. In addition, you have insight into the order history of your booked services and a document overview.
    • TicketCenter
      Here you can order and manage your exhibitor passes as well as set-up and dismantling passes. In addition, you can use it to invite your customers easily and efficiently.

  • Login data
    As a new exhibitor, you will receive your login details for access to your personal exhibitor area by e-mail when you receive your stand space confirmation. The login data are personalized for data protection reasons. After the first registration you will therefore be asked to change the password.

    If you were an exhibitor at the previous BIOFACH, you already have a personalized login, which is still valid.
    In addition, we will also send you your customer number as part of the stand space confirmation. When logging in to the exhibitor area, you can generate or request your password again at any time by clicking the "Request password" button.
  • Your stand position
    You will find your stand location in the stand space confirmation, which will be sent to you from July 2024 by e-mail.
  • Invoice

    You will receive the invoice for your stand space at BIOFACH from September 2024 after stand space confirmation by e-mail from the e-mail address invoice.biofach@nuernbergmesse.de. Please note that the stand space and the obligatory services (including marketing services, AUMA fee, waste disposal service) will be invoiced via NürnbergMesse GmbH.

    Further services such as complete rental stands, electricity, parking tickets will be invoiced by NürnbergMesse GmbH or the relevant service partners of NürnbergMesse. You may receive separate invoices for these services. If you are not sure whether an invoice sender is a service partner of NürnbergMesse, please contact us.

  • Assembly and dismantling times

    Dismantling

    Friday, 14 February 2025: 17:00 – 24:00
    Saturday, 15 February 2025: 07:00 – 22:00
    Sunday, 16 February 2025: 07:00 – 19:00

    Do you need advanced set-up oder an extended dismantling? You are welcome to enquire about availability with us and book the extended assembly or dismantling for a fee if necessary.

    The organizer is entitled to make other use of stand spaces on which set-up has not begun by the last set-up day, Monday, 10 February 2025, 15:00. In this case, the organizer will have the right to charge the resulting costs to the exhibitor.

    Access to the halls during the periods for assembly and dismantling is only permitted with special passes. Please note that these passes are invalid outside the specified periods.
  • Marketing services

    Here you will find an overview of the marketing services you can use as an exhibitor. 

    You would like to book additional marketing services? You can find them in the Online Exhibitor Shop in your personal exhibitor area.
  • Last minute mailing
    You will find the most important information about the trade fair again in our last minute mailing, which we will send you by e-mail in January 2025.

Your to-do's at a glance

  • Booking marketing services - as of now
    Be the focus of trade visitors - before, during and after the trade show. Book the marketing-packages or exclusive marketing services you require in the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area. This will be activated for you when the stand space confirmation is sent.
  • Registration of co-exhibitors - as of now

    Log in to your exhibitor area with your personal access data and register your co-exhibitors.

  • Organization of arrival, hotel and stay - as of now

    Take advantage of our special conditions for your hotel booking by using the online booking service from NürnbergMesse.

    On the page "Travel & hotel", you can find information on how to get to BIOFACH.

  • Book stand construction - as of September 

    You can book complete rental stands from NürnbergMesse in the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area or configure it yourself very easily with our stand configurator. For individual stand construction solutions, please contact us.

  • Managing your online profile in the Exhibitor & Products section - as of September

    Our tip: Simply fill out your informative digital exhibitor profile yourself to get the most out of your trade fair appearance! You will receive an invitation to your profile, including an instruction video, by e-mail.

    If you have any questions about your online presence and maintaining your exhibitor profile, our support team will be happy to help you at any time. You can reach the editorial team by e-mail at redaktion@aussteller.biofach.de or by telephone on +49 911 8606 8806.

  • Order services - as of September

    Suspension points, power connection, compressed air, water connection, stand construction as well as freight forwarding, working platforms, security, cleaning, hostesses, catering, WIFI, stand parties, etc. You can book all services for a successful BIOFACH 2025 in our Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area. This will be activated for you when the stand space confirmation is sent.

    Please also note the deadlines for orders listed in the store and below!

  • Fill in stand design checklist - as of September

    For submitting your stand design and plans please use our checklist stand design in the Online ExhibitorShop in the exhibitor area (on the right side). Please be aware that we do not grant any separate approvals. The observance of the technical regulations is mandatory. The checklist serves as assistance in showing possible problems regarding the stand construction. You can find the technical regulations also in the Online ExhibitorShop under "Information and Regulations". Compliance with the guidelines and regulations is mandatory and will be checked on-site by NürnbergMesse during assembly time. 

  • Order and personalize exhibitor passes / assembly and dismantling passes - as of September

    Register exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and set-up and dismantling passes for your set-up and dismantling team at the Ticket Center.

    Exhibitor passes are valid for the duration of the trade fair and during set-up and dismantling, while set-up and dismantling passes only entitle you to access during set-up and dismantling.

  • Invite customers - as of November
    You will receive your personal invitation code for your most important customers in our advertising material mailing or invite them directly via the Ticket Center
  • Trade fair logistic - as of December
    Last year we have started working with TransITfair, a new dynamic logistics system, at our exhibition center. The aim is to better manage the traffic flows on our site during the assembly and dismantling phases and to make them more plannable, transparent and efficient.
