When you make a binding application to be an exhibitor, you will receive our marketing services, which include, among others:
- Display of exhibitor’s press information in the press center
- Entry of exhibitor‘s company name and stand number in the Exhibition Guide (issued free to all visitors)
- Voucher codes (electronic admission vouchers – only online redeemable)
- Online banner with exhibitor’s stand number
- Access to the BIOFACH Congress
- Lead tracking app free of charge for one device (apps for additional devices can be purchased in the online ExhibitorShop)
Also included is a presence on the digital event platform for each exhibitor. This presence is visible circa half a year round – including after the exhibition – and includes the following services:
- Presentation of company information within the exhibitor profile on the digital event platform, including stand number, teaser picture, company logo and links to the exhibitor’s website as well as to company’s social media channels
- Integration of one pdf document into the exhibitor profile
- Assignment of employees to your company profile as contact persons
- Unlimited choices in the product group directory
- Access to functions for chat and communication on the digital event platform
- Access to the digital matchmaking including the possibility to arrange on site meetings
- Access to selected congress sessions – live and on demand
- Access to exhibitor presentations of all exhibitors
- Display of essential company information on the exhibition website
- Display of exhibitors in the online floor plan (only for direct exhibitors)
- Possibility of autonomous and continuous updating of the exhibitor profile

FAQ for visitors
Admission requirements

Yes, children and young people can visit BIOFACH. Admission for children and young people is regulated in the following way:
- 0 to and including 12 years: free of charge, without legitimation
- 13 up to and including 15 years: reduced ticket for 30 EUR without legitimation. The reduced ticket is available on site at the cash desk only.
- Young people aged 16 and older: must register/legitimize as a trade visitor and pay the regular price.
For children over 3, you can use our free childcare service, which is in Room Basel (NCC Mitte, Level 1). The trained staff is happy to look after your children there during your visit.
Travel and services on-site
There are enough parking spaces on-site. Our parking guidance system guides you to the vacant parking spaces; the daily charge is EUR 14. Parking spaces for disabled people are located near the entrances.
Barrier-free access
The exhibition venue is accessible to wheelchair users. All services and useful travel information for people with disabilities can be found at "Barrier-free access".
Yes, there are lockers in the entrance areas "Mitte" and "Ost". Use of these is free of charge. The coin that you have to insert to lock the lockers serves as a deposit and will be returned.
Trolleys and suitcases can also be handed in at the coat check at a charge of EUR 3 each.
No, there are no direct sales.
The exhibition venue is accessible to wheelchair users. All services and useful travel information for people with disabilities can be found at "Barrier-free access".
Tickets & vouchers
Tickets sales and voucher redemption will take place exclusively online. Register in our online TicketShop to purchase your entrance ticket or redeem your voucher code in advance. Tickets cannot be purchased on-site, neither can voucher codes be redeemed on-site.
After you have successfully placed your order (confirmation message "Thank you for your order"), you will receive your e-ticket by e-mail. You can also find it in your account by clicking on "View my tickets".

In many countries, the international representatives of NürnbergMesse are available for ticket sales, as well as for the provision of information about visas.
Yes, your trade fair ticket includes an additional KombiTicket for public transportation.This allows you to use all VGN public transport in the 2nd class across the fare zone of Nuremberg-Fürth-Stein-Oberasbach-Zirndorf (zones 100/200) free of charge, including subway, tram, bus, and regional train – valid during the trade fair period and only for the ticket holder.
