In case of conversions please send us true-to-scale layout plans of your exhibition stand, including the additional set-ups, by 09.01.2025 at the latest to veranstaltungstechnik@nuernbergmesse.de. The plans must show, whether the alteration/conversion is located on the stand, in the aisle or possibly in a communal area.

With the approval of your stand party, we inform you about the entry and access authorisations required by your service providers for the loading yards and the exhibition grounds. We would like to point out that in the period up to 18:00 the ongoing exhibition activities and business must not be disrupted by preparations for your stand party.
